Morgan Nichols Partner
Morgan Nichols has a rich background rooted in the arts. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he was influenced by his parents' artistic inclinations from an early age. During his college years, Morgan delved deeper into the world of theater and film, where his love for performance transitioned into an interest in the technical aspects of production. This led him to explore behind-the-scenes work, including set construction and electrical work for stage and screen projects. Over two decades in the entertainment industry honed his skills and expertise in these areas. Despite his success in entertainment, Morgan's interests evolved, leading him to a new venture in residential building. Drawn by the opportunity to apply his acquired skills to a fresh vision, Morgan found himself gravitating towards the world of home building. This transition allowed him to merge his artistic background with a newfound passion for construction, ultimately shaping his role as a leader in Buildology.
Alex Samson Co-Partner
Alex Samson's extensive background encompasses a diverse array of construction methods, architectural and interior design. His expertise is not confined solely to the conceptual phase; rather, he extends his proficiency across all facets of design, engineering, and project execution. This holistic approach ensures that client visions are not only realized but transformed into stunning realities. Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, his academic pursuits reflect his multifaceted interests, as he pursued studies in both Fine Arts and Industrial Design. He studied at Columbus College of Art and Design and the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, culminating in the attainment of a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design.
